Timeline: Helping You Plan (for new students)
| Contract acceptance form due with $50 deposit. | No later than the due date on your form. |
| Housing sends acknowledgment by e-mail to the student that we received your contract. You now have a binding contractual agreement to live in University Residence Halls. | About 1 week after you return your contract. |
| As soon as you have a binding contract, you can go online to submit or change your hall preferences. | As often as you like, until May 1, 2010. |
| Advance payment due ($250); or, written notice that you are not attending UW-Madison due. Refund of your $50 Housing deposit is granted if written notification is received by this date. | NO LATER THAN MAY 3, 2010. |
