2009-10 Academic Year Housing Bills
During the year, residents will receive four quarterly bills. During the second week of July, the first quarter bill will be mailed to the student's permanent home address. An email will also be sent to the student's UW–Madison wisc.edu email address. Second, third and fourth quarter bills will be emailed to students. Deposits for Housing contracts will be credited to residents' fourth quarter bills. A final year-end bill will be emailed to students who incur additional charges after the fourth quarter bills have been generated. To request a paper bill, please call our office.
Students may give parents and other individuals the ability to view the student's Housing bills online and make electronic payments to the student's Housing account by setting them up as an authorized payer in Housing's online payment system. 1st quarter: due Monday, August 3, 2009 (Monday, September 7, 2009 for students paying with financial aid) |
| 2nd quarter: due Monday, October 12, 2009 |
| 3rd quarter: due Monday, January 4, 2010 (Monday, January 25, 2010 for students paying with financial aid) |
| 4th quarter: Monday, March 1, 2010 |
During the year you may receive notices regarding additional charges which have been posted to residents' Housing accounts. Examples include charges for loaner keys, lock changes, damages or movie rentals.
